We stumbled upon Pacific City during a drive up the Oregon Coast, fell in love with the beaches and the town and became inspired to build not just a beautiful home, but a DREAM HOME, befitting its gorgeous setting. Careful thought and consideration went into every aspect of Catoor's construction and we couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Catoor is a mid-century modern inspired home with elements of rustic and beach hominess. We wanted a home that could accommodate our entire family, so we maximized the space and tried to provide for every convenience. If you are looking for an elegant, luxurious, beach-front get away, Catoor is the place for you.

Catoor is located on one of the few stretches of white sandy beach along the Oregon Coast, a short walk down the beach (940 steps to be exact!) from the Pelican Brewing Company (www.pelicanbrewing.com) and a stone's throw from the bay and our favorite wine bar - Twist Wine Co (www.twistwine.com). The Kiwanda Shores gated community provides both security and privacy.  Catoor is perfectly situated in this "sleepy little drinking village with a fishing problem" and it's central location makes it easy to walk or ride anywhere in town.
